1. If you would like Next Day Delivery, we ask you to make sure that you place your order before 1pm on the previous working day (Monday to Friday).
2. "Next Working Day" means that an order placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless that is a Bank Holiday, in which case the delivery day would be Tuesday. If you place your order after 1pm, we will process your order the following working day, which may be the following Tuesday if you place an order on a Friday afternoon and the following Monday is a Bank Holiday.
3. Where our courier is unable to deliver the next day for operational reasons, the delivery will be as soon as possible thereafter. If you live in a remote area where next day delivery is known to be difficult, you should bear this in mind. We will do all we can to enable you to have next day delivery but we will not accept a request for a refund of delivery charge where our courier has attempted or has been unable to deliver to you for operational reasons.
4. Where you have requested Next Working Day Delivery, if you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery and have not left specific instructions for delivery in those circumstances and your delivery does not therefore take place on the next day, we will not refund any delivery charge.
5. Next Working Day Delivery will normally take place before 6pm on the day of delivery.
